The registration process for registering your membership requires that you complete the registration form and select a password. In the event of an incorrect amount being entered, or if the donation is made accidentally or there is an extremely unusual circumstance, please contact us in writing. We will review the request and respond within five working days.
If a donation is refunded, the associated tax receipt is no longer truthful so it should be shredded.

My Story
John Whitfeld is joining the Making Waves Foundation Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race campaign for the seventh time, bringing experience from 32 Sydney Hobart races and decades of blue-water sailing.
For John, the real reward is not the race record, but helping a diverse group of sailors become a strong, cohesive crew — building trust, capability and confidence to take on a challenge that can initially seem beyond reach.
He is passionate about showing what sailors living with disability can achieve offshore and using the profile of the Rolex Sydney Hobart to challenge assumptions, inspire others and promote inclusion.
Through his networks, John proudly shares the Foundation’s work and the sense of purpose he gains from being involved. This year, he hopes to help another crew reach Hobart together and demonstrate that inclusion strengthens high-performing teams.
